Bowling Green, a city situated among the beautiful, gently rolling hills of south central Kentucky, is a community that has enjoyed a phenomenal growth rate (nearly twice the national average), while maintaining a reputation for it's Southern hospitality.
Located within 600 miles of nearly half of the U.S. population, Bowling Green and Warren County, with a population of nearly 100,000, sits just 60 miles north of Nashville, Tennessee.
The community serves as the industrial, health care, business and trade hub for a 10 county area.
Bowling Green is the headquarters for such nationally recognized companies as Fruit of the Loom, Camping World, the GM Corvette Plant and Holley Performance Products.
The National Corvette Museum attracts thousands of visitors to Bowling Green each year and sponsors a variety of events that fill area streets and highways with the classic American sports cars that are manufactured across from the museum.

Other attractions include the annual Bowling Green 10K Classic, and the Fountain Square Players, a community theater that performs in the historic Capitol Arts Center in the classic downtown district.
Basil Griffin Park is a Bowling Green focal point for outdoor recreation.
The park spans 110 acres and includes the three acre Three Springs Lake.
this multipurpose park provides playgrounds, baseball, softball, football and soccer fields, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, a roller hockey rink, a disc golf course, a walking trail, and an outdoor amphitheater.
An area also has been set aside for painters, readers, and those more interested in aesthetics.
And, the state of the art Russell Sims Aquatic Center as well as a new soccer park cater to the recreation needs of area citizens.
Our community is host to several annual events including The U.S. Bank Balloon Classic which features approximately 60 balloons from all over the country; The Medical Center 10K Classic which has been recognized by Runner's World magazine as one of the top road races in the nation; The BB&T All-American Soap Box Derby, The Duncan Hines Festival, Scotty's Sand in the City.
Another popular attraction is Beech Bend Park, a historic amusement park that doubles as a nationally renowned mecca for motor sports enthusiasts.
Bowling Green is known for it's great restaurants, mild climate and Western Kentucky University, home of the Hilltoppers.
WKU boasts very competitive Division I-A programs in Basketball, Baseball, Volleyball, Swimming and Track & Field and is home of the 2002 Division I-AA Champion Hilltopper Football Program.
WKU is a nationally accredited university and is the fastest growing university in Kentucky with enrollment over 18,000.
Bowling Green is just 30 miles from Mammoth Cave National Park, the world's largest cave system.
The park covers 52,000 acres of southern hardwood forest, with over 30 miles of trails great for hiking, camping, canoeing, kayaking, fishing and picnicking.
Near the park is the Horse Cave Theater, Kentucky Down Under, The Hobson House and unique Lost River Cave Valley.
Barren River Lake and Resort Park is just a short drive from Bowling Green.
Spanning nearly 2,200 acres, the park offers a challenging golf course, bike trails, tennis courts, lodges, cottages and campsites.
The 10,000 acre lake is known for it's bountiful fishing, water sports and natural beauty.
Transportation from the north and south is made easy by Interstate 65.
